God did two really amazing, only HIM things today. I leave for NYC in the am and I REALLY wanted this particular dress I ordered for an appearance there (TBA). I got a note that it wasnt coming LAST NIGHT. This was really important to me, and I was super unhappy about that. Might have even had a minor tantrum over it. :) Naaaaww.. :) This morning John came upstairs and handed me a package. There is NO physical way that from last night, to this morning, that package somehow made it here via mail, after I was told it couldnt. But it did. And it fits perfectly! So this afternoon I took some time out to just hang at the beach with the kids. Jason texted and was running some papers by for my signature, so I picked up my phone to walk up to meet him by the road. Immediately as I stood up, a rogue wave (that DOES happen) crashed into me in the middle of the beach! Everything was washed away on the beach, except my phone, which was in my hand, safely heading up to the road with me. We grabbed our towels and bags and all is fine, but my brand new very expensive phone was saved with perfect timing, without even seeing or knowing a rogue wave was coming, like out of a movie! So thankful today for those kinds of little blessings that remind me of Gods intimate involvement in our lives, even in the details that no one else sees! It is just HIS reminder, personally, that He loves us and knows every thought of our heart. What did He do in your life today?
