God had a plan for me this morning. I had to stop and get gas on the way to taking Will to school. I only left 5 minutes earlier so I could just whip in real fast (Will was already a beating just having to get up that little bit earlier. .) So I get to the pump and of course its one of those that clicks off every 3 seconds so I have to stand out and manually pump it. Thats how I saw him ... this little old man who was huddled by the side wall of the gas station. But, Im in a hurry. I hop back in the car and get on my way to Wills school- hes drinking his hot chocolate and my heart is still back with the little old man. So after I drop Will off I decide to go back to the gas station. As Im walking in to go to the ATM the man (having no idea Im going to get cash for him) tells me HAPPILY good morning! I hope you have a blessed day and then he jokes about the thick fog were having. After I get money I come back out and bring it to him. .. I never know what to say so I think I muttered something like its not much but I hope it helps. . Before my words are even done hes wrapped me in a huge hug and hes shaking, crying as he repeats thank you. ...thank you.. By the time I walked back to my car, wiped my eyes and adjusted my mirrors 2 more people were in the process of bringing him food and a drink. .... my heart is so full.
