God have a purpose for you! God does not look for a perfect person,he does not need you to be perfect before you can be his useful instrument,rather he mold you to his taste and start using you. Does God not know that moses was imperfect with a faltering lips? Does Aaron not perfect more than moses in the term of speech? Cant God use Aaron directly? The bible says in 1st sam 16:7man look on outward appearance,but the Lord looks on the heart.” God know what he sees in every human being that he choose to be his own. He choose whom he like. That your imperfect is what God need. He said in Ex 6:3 I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, by the name of God Almighty,but by my name the Lord was I not known to them. why cant he appear to the children of israel and save moses from much troubles? He knows the reason and that is why Hes God,his way is not our way,and no mortal being know his way. But its quite unfortunate that despite so much effort God was making on us,we always complain and give excuse. When God appear to moses to go to pharaoh he start questioning God and thats what we too do today(Ex 3:11 But Moses said to God,who am I that I should go to pharaoh,and bring the children of israel out of egypt.) God even went to the extent of telling him all his plan so that he will have no fear no matter what (Ex 3:19-20 I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go unless compelled by a mighty hand. So I will stretch out my hand and strike Egypt with all the wonders that I will do in it; after that he will let you go.) Still he show no concern. Eternal God is assuring him but rather he said in ex 4:1Moses answered,what if they do not believe me or listen to me and say,The Lord did not appear to you?. God because of his patience is re-assure him again by performing wonders so that he can believe and even after all that moses gave another excuse Moses said to the Lord,O Lord I have never been eloquent,neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue. Ex4:10 Very funny,was he not created by God that way?does he need to explain his situation to his maker,I have never be eloquent God again now told himThe Lord said to him,who gave man his mouth?who makes him mute or deaf?who give him sight or make him blind?is it not I,the Lord? Now go I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.(Ex 4:11-12) But I guess God that search the heart and mind know that moses did not really intend to go thats why he keep assuring him. Perhaps its because of his offense to pharaoh thats why he was boycotting the work God assign to him but only God know. But at last moses say his mind But moses said,O Lord please send someone else to do it. Ex 4:13 Very funny,but thats what most of us do today,God tell you to do this,you give reason,dont associate yourself with the world,you give excuse,fast today you give reason by telling God that you have ulcer. Wake up and pray;you said O God am tired Ive been working since morning. Those reason we are giving God,did God not know it before we use it as excuse? God may say son/daughter go to so so so place tomorrow we say O God I dont have transport fair o by that we neglect God command instead of us to humble themselves and ask God how do you want me to do it? I dont have transport fair! He might have made provision for us to get to the place,all you need is to ask him. When Elijah told God that they have killed all the prophet and that he was the only one that remain,God told himIve made a reservation for myself.(Ist king 19:16-17). The bible is there for us to learn so that we can walk with God as we ought to. The world is coming to an end,lets stop listening to poisonous message. Lets learn from the lives of God people in the bible. Lets repent and do what God require us to. May God grace be enough for us IN JESUS NAME
