God is doing a good work in you. Through testings, fires, trials, accusations, indifference, pains, problems, challenges, difficulties..... God is performing a miracle. What of Joseph? He was tried. What of Daniel? Thrown in the lions den. What of Moses? Called from the backwoods, to center stage to set Gods people free. What of David? Abraham? Paul? Jeremiah? ... Jesus? Since when has ANYTHING great and miraculous come at the absence of opposition and challenge? God IS fulfilling His Word in your life. Its time to stop sitting by the window of weariness waiting for the scenery outside to change before we stand up, get moving, and live the life God has called us to. No matter whats going on. No matter what things look like. No matter who is not on your side. No matter what they say. Its what God says about you that matters. Its what God has called you to that is important. God has GOT THINGS going on! Look upon THOSE things and rejoice. God is on your side, if your life is in Him! See what He sees, and hear what He says. Rise up out of the chair of despair and march on! Chains dont break when no resistance or pressure is placed upon them. You have to do something. Believe something. Stand for something. Refuse something else. Chains of whatever adverse sort will bind you down with heaviness and pain, as long as you lie limp in their steely cuffs. WHEN the doctor says this or that. WHEN your friends all walk out on you. WHEN people look at you like youre strange and talk about you like your not there. God is doing a great work... in YOU! You are destined for the Palace, like Joseph. Given a charge to turn the hearts of kings to God, like Daniel. Called to set captives free, like Moses. Issued power to slay giants and establish Gods kingdom, like David. Assigned to birth promises in the face of impossibility, like Abraham. Called to evangelize, and awaken lost souls, like Paul. To expound, warn, reach and teach the very utterances of God, like Jeremiah. To die to flesh-self, allow sin to be defeated, and rise up whole and strong and resurrected ...so that truth and righteousness might live... like Jesus. God is doing a good work in you. Through testings, fires, trials, accusations, indifference, pains, problems, challenges, difficulties..... God is performing a miracle. Step away from the weary window in which you have been viewing things... Rise up from that chair of present despair, and know that God is MIGHTY. The trial only lasts awhile.
