God is good!!! Dana and her husband took me grocery shopping today. My body feels SO much better with some real nutrients in it. Was able to get quite a few allowable items to hold me over for the next couple of weeks. It was difficult to decide what to purchase. Many of my healthy staples were on the NO list. Still wasnt able to find an allowable milk substitute. No dairy, no soy, no salt (as it might be iodized salt). Even some almond milks had soy lecithin :-O !!! I was a bit puzzled about one thing: What major grocery chain with an international foods section would not have a Kosher section? They might at least have Matzah and some Kosher items during Passover. But I am thankful for all the things I can have being available today. I appreciate Father Gods provision (including my daughter and her husband being patient while hunting through a huge store Ive never visited for unfamiliar items).
