God is saying : God did not give you a spirit of fear, but God has given you a spirit of power, love and a sound mind that is disciplined with self control. Fear shows up as weakness with coverings of lack of confidence, or feeling intimidated, or feelings of cant go on, over our spirit of power. Fear shows up as coverings of hatred, anger, murder, revenge and so on over your spirit of love. Fear shows up as coverings of depression, discouragement, confusion, and so on over your spirit of a well balanced mind. Since God didnt give you a spirit of fear, that fear doesnt come from you but is an attack of the enemy. As you recognize these attacks you have the right to cast it down and command it to leave you in Jesus Name. By doing that you will be using your spiritual authority to break those coverings of darkness or those chains of darkness so you can once again feel strong instead of weak, resume your love walk without bitterness, and have peace of mind to start your day rather than being afraid to face the day. They dont always leave with one rebuke. Stay at it till those coverings break. Submit to God, resist the devil, and HE SHALL FLEE and youll be set free. God bless you.
