God loves u very much and wants to help u. But u need to ask Him to. God hears the faintest cry of your heary, so stop trying to do everything on yr own and ask God to help you. U may not think that God cares about something as simple as yr health but he does. He cares about everything that concerns you. Big or small. He wants u healthy and whole anf he willing to help if u just let him. Prat to him to help you find the spiritual strength u need to make the necrssary changes in yr life. Gods grace is available. As we choose to do what is right and lean on him to give us strength , His power enables us to follow through and experience victory.
