God morning Facebook family and friends. I post this praying that it helps someone. Each morning,and night I take a shot as well as medicine. For a long time I was in denial about my overall health. I had reservation and hesitation about shots of insulin to help me. There is a stigma that came with this fact that I needed something to control my blood sugar. It nearly brought me to tears when I first found out. I am older now,and simply put. Things dont work the way they use to. I have a truck that I have had since 2004. Back then it took 89,and now it needs a higher octane. I said all that to say. Dont let your pride keep you from getting and accepting the help you need for your health. Far to many have died in denial,dont let it be you. God bless,and take your medicine. The life you save will be yours,and the life you save will help others. Rev Christopher
