God moves in mysterios way and God is closer to the broken-hearted. After leveling down my career post to CSR(more than 5 months) because of that damned relationship with that jerk, Wilmer C. Delgado, I thought my career is over. I prayed hard to get back to my technical post as TSR, but God has a better plan instead. He places me to a higher IT environment, no more consumer calls! Safeway Philtech Inc. is very generous, they even considered all the extensive technical experiences I acquired here and abroad plus my educational attainment wherein most of BPO nowadays will just offer entry level regardless of your tenureship in the industry. I will be providing technical solutions now to Safeway employees as certified IT Service Desk Specialist. 2 more weeks and the training is over! Thank God for all the blessings.
