God owns the whole world, and everything in it. He owns the business world, the world of media and government. He owns every branch of human endeavour—it’s all His. “For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.” Romans 11:36 Whatever you are called to—it’s a holy calling! Whatever you do in life, you are called to do it unto the Lord. Your marriage is to be a marriage that pleases and blesses the Lord. Your work—whatever it is—is a holy, priestly ministry unto the Lord. Teachers should teach for the Lord, doctors should see themselves in God’s work and factory workers should know that they are God’s people in service.
