God sees d distant future descendants of a person today. He sees how they will behave after they were born. He may choose to abort or allow their existence by causing dr ancestor today to live or to die thru sickness, accidents or in war. This may also explain why some die even if they r only a baby or a kid. in d bible D chilren of very sinful parents are killed by God tho they may seem to b innocent.
