God, we beg You to forgive our sins, Even though it was You who said it is not us who sinned. It is not us who killed Jesus, He was killed by His fellow White men. It was not us who denied him, It was Simon Peter. It was not us who sold him, It was Judas Iscariot. We Basotho have no names like that. We have names like Lehlohonolo, Motsamai, Liphapang, Sello, Khotso and Teboho. We have never been to Jerusalem, Even Johannesburg we dont know. The furthest we have gone Is from Maseru to Mangaung. Or sometimes to Tumahole. God we must remind You that in all honesty, You never wrote a single book to Basotho in Your Bible. You wrote to Hebrews, Romans, Ephesians and other White people. No single book to Bafokeng, Baphuthi, Bakubung and other Basotho. Yet we are told that Your son died for us, And we are responsible for his death. You have always demanded honesty, God. And the truth is that Your son, Jesus Christ Did not come to us and for us. And He was not killed by us. It is His killers who must apologise And they are not in Lesotho. Amen.
