If thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from dead, thou shall be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation The action behind being saved is believing in Christ Jesus and confessing with ones mouth, that guarantees us of been partaker of the finished work which he(Christ) did for us on the cross. One thing we must understand is, Christ died for all: he died so all can be reconciled back to the father, but there exit a choice as wished by each individual. When you confess Christ, salvation comes to you; thats the criteria to be saved. Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my father which is heaven. Furthermore, those that are saved are not to hide their identity; its not an identity to shy away from; let your stand be made known in Christ; whosoever that denies Christ, also shall he deny in the presence of the father Above all; Grace speaks, its sufficient for us, lets tap into the convenant of grace; for therein we are made righteous (Right Standing) with God.
