Gods light and love are the HOPE smiling bright before us! In my darkest hours over the last year I have found Him, patiently waiting for me as I have struggled to let go of the fear, of the unknown. And my crux... My will to choose another way, or go it alone. As I lay in bed and toss and turn, many nights, after more than 1 hour Id been trying to fall asleep. There in my news feed I would find photos of my friends and family, whom I love. Reminders to be grateful for the lot that is mine. {humbling} and some posts that would literally make me laugh and Id have on contain myself, lest I wake up my neighbor! Most of all, inspiration to keep pressing forward, life is beautiful and God is oh so aware of us! Simple, yet profound truth. He is nearer than we realize and is beckoning for us to fall at his feet so that he may lift us up, to stand and walk with Him. To the many in my life who have been His hands, and served me, so willingly when I hadnt the strength to give in return-- thank you! The rides to school, and activity days for my children, the watching while I went to this appointment and that appointment. The meals prepared, loving kindness, and dresses sewn, and beautiful songs sung. It is humbling at the very least and for me, the very most b/c Im a little too Miss Independent.
