Gods perfect plan for us. What does that really mean? Does it mean we are supposed to be perfect? To be holier than thou and be of no use? No not at all. If we are the salt of the earth we are to add flavor to peoples lives not make it so undesirable that they want nothing to do with God. If we stop sharing Gods word and stop speaking out we have the same effect and we loose. Will we mess up? Certainly but God gives us a way out. Matthew 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. 1 John 1:8-10 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us. It is up to us to allow God to restore us when we fail or we can choose to continue to drift further away from the things of God. Its up to you on how your going to use that failure to motivate you to do better or push you to do more of the same. God bless you all and have an awesome week.
