Gods word, psalm 119:105-107 NLT. ......your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path. Ive promised it once, and Ill promise it again:I will obey your righteous regulations. I have suffered much, o Lord, restore my life again as you promised. .......my friend,what determines how your decisions are made every day? Is it how you feel, or what you want, maybe its how much money you have or need. Maybe you have an image to maintain. All these are ways we base making decisions on, but there is one key important thing missing. God is missing, prayer and the word of God is missing from your decision making process. I have found out that if your wanting to obey Gods word, most of the decisions you will face, you already know what direction you should go in. The big question is, will you do what is right according to what God says, or will you let what you feel or want take control? Gods word keeps us on the path God has set for us before we were even born. Any time you leave this path, your sacrificing some of what God had planned for you. Your sacrificing the best possible life here on earth. Dont you want everything that God wants for you in this life? I have sacrificed so much to my sin, to my selfishness, I know what I am talking about my friend.
