Godspeed Tattoo is now looking for a counter person to run the retail counter, greet customers, tend to the shop and book appointments. The right candidate should be friendly, organized and reliable. Need to be capable of using a computer system for booking appointments, basic design and data entry. Job Responsibilities Answer questions, introduce clients to artists, find and prep images for clients, prepare clients for tattoo experience and follow up care, handle paperwork for artist/client Manage appointment calendar, update schedule as needed, call customers, notify artists of changes to schedule, communicate schedule with artists and manager Answer phones, follow up on requests for appointments through website, follow up on emails Manage online customer reviews and social media Work with artists to ensure they are prepared for appointments and provide quality experience to clients Clean tattoo shop Candidate Requirements Basic knowledge of Tattoos and tattoo industry Friendly and positive attitude Make customer service and client satisfaction a priority, ability to work in fast paced, busy environment Organized and friendly
