Heres what one Google user had to say about his experience: My windows regulator went without a warning on my way home from work and it was going to rain the day after. Only Chantilly Honda was open at that time so I took my Accord there to have the regulator replaced. They didnt have the replacement part so one of the guys drove to Dulles Honda to get it for me - very nice. I came in at 9:30 PM and was out of there at 11:00 PM with the window fixed. Their late closing time is definitely a selling point. Plus, the technician didnt mind showing me what was broken before performing the work.
