Going back to my previous post about women and strength training. I would recommend heavy strength training with little to no cardio for about 4 weeks. Then add moderate intensity cardio for about 30 minutes. Also remember protein is a must. You need around 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight each day to gain muscle.
