Going from strength to strength. In the beginning she couldnt jump high enough to grab onto the bar safely. Day in, day out Keti has been training strict pull-ups (assisted); with reducing band tension as she has increased her muscle strength. Prior to this clip she made her first kipping pull-up with chin clearly over the bar. This effort was borderline. Nevertheless progress is made one small step at a time. Congrats Keti! #crossfit
