Going through my email for the last two days to find there are 3 more people asking questions about my book production.... Cost per book, where to have them printed, shipping, paper used, paper weight, machine used, binding, print quality, bleed, programs used and how to use them, layout, printing time, sharpness, sizes, marketing, payment, supplies,etc,etc. To make a long story short I no longer have the time to explain this process. If you are interested in what the final product looks like a description can only go so far, the best thing to do is to order one and see for yourself.
