Going through photos my grandparents took of my grandmothers ship portraits. Some are black and white dating back to the 1960-1970 era . she created a lot of portraits in her career. Some she wrote on the back the name of the ship and year she painted it. Even a buyers name at times. But the majority have no info. So...Grammy....youre going to make me hunt....LOL. Very happy to say that I am a proud owner of two of hers. One oil and one watercolor. Also an abundant array of charcoal portraits of family members and watercolors of her childhood. Its an interesting journey of her past. I should be getting my internet back this coming weekend. Once I do, Ill be building a webpage with the images of her works, that are legible enough to see well. And sharing here as well.
