Going through posts in the group, I see a consensus building that we should meet. I am therefore leveraging on the intention to meet to propose an action plan. Most guys could be in Nairobi but am proposing that we converge for a GRAND REUNION and GOAT EATING PARTY on May 17th 2013 in Riomego Primary Boarding School. We trace the roots of our bond to this place, as such we need to converge there to reminisce the good old days. I further propose that we fellowship with students in the morning, eat goat during lunch hour and hold serious meeting in the afternoon. Among the agenda of that meeting I propose that we come up with Old Students Award/Alumni awards for best students in various subjects and best overall. We will also also need to explore other ways of partnering with the administration to help pull the school from the academic abyss it has sunk to. To actualize the event, lets have representatives of each class 96, 97, 98, 99, 2000....etc forming a liason commitee to draw program and identify guests of the day. Of course the day will not be complete minus Mr Kionga, Isaac Onchonga, Kimwomi, Wakale, Mr. Richard the Kiswahili teacher and those who made Riomego an academic giant then. In such forums, many show interest but less than 10% turn up. So, even if 5 people show up so be it. Am laying groundwork for more ACTION oriented proposals on how we will meet, more proposals please
