Going through some old files and came across a paper I found a while ago. Unique and potent effects of acute ibogaine on zebrafish: The developing utility of novel aquatic models for hallucinogenic drug research. I can see how this could have useful applications as a system for neuroscience/pharmacological research. However on a basic level it amused me to imagine the planning, grant application and work that went into this study. I like the figures with the swimming patterns. Reminds me of the old experiment with spiders and different psychoactive substances causing changes in the shape of the webs they made.
