Going thru Menopause ... I have felt like I am just Existing not Living “Going thru Menopause oh what Joy NOT! lol I have felt like I am just Existing not Living. I went to my Doctor and said Help lol We tried Anti Dep meds, as it can be treated with them. They worked for a while but as time went on and menopause symptoms increased, I asked to be put on HRT. I am now on a low dose of HRT. Menstruation is back, but Hot Flushes have stopped completely. Still having some mood swings however, Ive only been on HRT for one month so all good I hope this helps others going thru Menopause. As we all know though, each person is different and we each have to find what works for us. Good Luck Can you relate?
