Diabetes Foundation Inc., in partnership with City of Englewood - Health Dept, Horizon NJ Health, and #bergenPAC will be providing some important education and health screenings this Sunday during the children’s musical, Pinkalicious---free to the community! Join us at Bergen Performing Arts Center- 30 North Van Brunt St., Englewood, NJ Sunday, November 16, 3pm-6pm • In the main lobby- learn about your risk of developing diabetes, gather tips on diabetes prevention, or if you are living with diabetes (type 1, type 2, or gestational) or prediabetes, gather some information, recipes and tips!! Free giveaways and snacks! • Horizon Health will have their “Care-A-Van” parked right outside of Bergen PAC---come on over to get your blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure checked! (for blood sugar, please do not eat for 2 hours prior to testing)
