Going to add a little to this debate group. I have said it time and again on my comments, but feel the message isnt really getting through here. We all have something in common, the hill ponies. You cannot help to fall in love with them. Many of us find homes for numerous ponies and its still not enough. The ponies are absolutely amazing, takes time and lots of patience at times, but rewarding nonetheless. There is the display team set up by Charlotte and Co. Sam Goodwin has the pack ponies, we have Moor to More to help ponies find homes before the sales. Sj LovesDartmoor Norris has been busy on that one. I hope in the next day or two we can all figure out what we can do to support the farmers to keep their ponies. Dartmoor is a wonderful place and needs the knowledge and expertise that I for one could only dream of. Leave it to them. We do not own the ponies or have to keep so many through tough winters. The Moor needs these people and I intend to support them in any way I can.xx
