Going to be a critic really fast.... Went to buffalos silver cue (formerly diamond billiards) last night. It became buffalos silver cue about a month ago, two brothers named Jason and Paul bought the place, and completely ruined it. I loved diamond billiards, but now... the bar opposite the pool tables, has become kind of a scummy place. It isnt nice to sit at anymore, theres only 8 seats on that side of the bar, they have 3 cheesy cabinets of empty liquor bottles, which arent even full, theres 7 bottles in one, 4 in another etc. The lighting sucks, its now green.. which makes it feel like they were going for a strip club. They bring in their pitbull puppy into the place, and lock him in a back room, and you can hear him whine and howl whenever the music stops. The music, is WAY too loud now, and unless somethings on the jukebox, the owners play their own playlists which only consists of gangster rap. The bartender we had was an older woman, who was very disorganized. Three of us ordered a drink, and paid separately, she came and went three different times for our money and change one by one. Ridiculous. Not to mention, 8 dollars for a vodka redbull. The pool side, hasnt been remodeled at all, so its still good, minus the fact that they JACKED up the prices. For two hours of pool, $59!?!?! Insane. They absolutely ruined my favorite pool hall, and I will seriously never go there again. And I dont think this place will last too long considering Qs pool hall is right up Virginia.
