Going to get myself freshened up and do my final limbering up exercises before my 10 mile walk or so through the Medway Towns. I love all the towns in Medway. Oh yeah. If you see the Sheriff be sure to pop a few pennies in the old Foockay or if you feel inclined when you see me next pop a 10p in, for kind of like a sponsorship at 1p per mile. It will be wet but I will be singing and laughing in the rain as always. Hope to get some more charity DVDs soon. There is a long waiting list now of people who want them. I will find some little Christmas stickers maybe for them as the festive season is approaching perhaps faster than we would like. Cant wait to see the lights, the trees and the expectancy on kids little faces. Fantastic. Have a good one special friendies and might see some of you during my walk. Much love from The Sheriff.
