Going to see a attny this week with my prior contract on my property and my deed and title now in my name and pics of unacceptable repairs and all the floor material that wasnt used proving the floors were not replaced( my new wood floors are coming apart and bowed) along with all the damage and water line repairs ive had to pay...im sure progressive insur. Which my father had put in his name an he hired scott to do this work which was never completed(been over 1 yr) i begged for someone else to do these repairs..so since none of the people wants to take responsibilty for all this ill let this new attny take over...im sick of being screwed and everyone but me profiting for it !! This may get ugly !!
