Going to the Final Call, coming home in my car, living in the suburbs made me to forget the true condition of our people. Being without a car for a week or so made me to realize how blessed I am to be in the teachings. Just how blessed I am period. The real work is with our people and somehow if they dont come to the mosque we have to find a way to them. We have to be able to offer them the basics of food, clothing and shelter as well as jobs to sustain them. I love living in the suburbs, the peace and quiet, the small town atmosphere. But I have forgotten our condition is worsening each year. Yet we survive.
