Going to try to back into some type of workout routine now that the golf course is closed.. We have exercise equipment at the clubhouse of our complex. Went up and did a little over 20 minutes on the treadmill today plus some abdominal stuff on one of the ab machines. Need to ease into a routine....one thing I know for sure is if you dont ease in you get sore or worse yet injured which gets you discouraged and then you abandon your efforts.....so I am going to go easy....just increase by a couple minutes a day until I am at the time I want to be at and then will try to increase the speed and intensity....takes about 2 weeks to get into a routine....going to try to stay focused.....
