Golden Rod flowers in Sesame oil. its amazing how the character, form and color are retained in the oil. Im a little late for the flowers. This is my first year of doing this. Next year Ill take them earlier. I get the oil ftom the Indian store...as in India. Not Cristopher Columbus s Indian... Its a 1 liter bottle for $6 only !! From the South of India. Used a lot for puja: the fire worship of the Vedic heritage. You can see the line where the oil ends in the sun shine. Im going to add a few more golden rod flowers if I can get some today. I think they will all mature by tomorrow.
