Fine and mostly clear elsewhere. Light to moderate south to southeasterly winds, tending east to southeasterly in the east. Winds fresh at times about the tropical coast. Tuesday 3 June Isolated showers about the east coast and eastern interior areas, becoming more likely about the southeast parts of the state. The chance of thunderstorms in the southeast. Fine and mostly sunny elsewhere. Light to moderate south to southeasterly winds, tending east to southeasterly in the east. Winds fresh at times about the tropical coast. Wednesday 4 June The high pressure system will move to the east of New Zealand as another high enters the Great Australian Bight. A ridge will continue through eastern Queensland, with isolated showers pushing onto the east coast in the onshore airflow. Fine and sunny in the west. Thursday 5 June The high pressure system will shift further east of New Zealand as the next high intensifies over southeastern Australia. The high will direct a south to southeasterly flow across the state, with isolated showers about the east coast, particularly the exposed sections.
