Wednesday 4 June The high pressure system will move to the east of New Zealand as another high enters the Great Australian Bight. A ridge will continue through eastern Queensland, with isolated showers pushing onto the east coast in the onshore airflow. Fine and sunny in the west. Thursday 5 June The high pressure system will shift further east of New Zealand as the next high intensifies over southeastern Australia. The high will direct a south to southeasterly flow across the state, with isolated showers about the east coast, particularly the exposed sections.
