Update us with the resumes of the interested students by 17/7/2014 by 3:00pm Detailed JD for the position Position: Sales Executive Principal responsibilities The Sales Executive person will be responsible for managing sales activities over calls (telephone). The Sales Executive is responsible to run the designated set of relationships over a large territory and multiple locations These locations will also include locations where Franklin Templeton may not have any other presence The person runs typically all Distributors across the categories – National Distributors, Alternate Distribution and IFAs. The person is responsible to run the Sales Target from his set of relationships within the territory The number of contacts to be attached to the Sales Executive will be defined as per the efficiency matrix Proactively call and cross sell FTI products to this set of contacts, this would include use of technology to do presentations over the web Responsible for maintaining quality of database Make the requisite number of Effective Sales Callls (ESC) as per the efficiency matrix requirements Handle calls and coordinate dispatch of literature While the IWS is responsible for creating rapport, he is not to service operational queries personally and needs to coordinate with the service team for the same. The ownership and responsibility for dealing with such queries will remain with the IW. Increase the usage of web based delivery systems in the set of contacts handled. Requirements Based Location Position Language known Hyderabad Executive English, and one south Indian language – Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil (except Telugu) KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE ·Preferable to have at least 1 to 2 years Industry experience · Business/Commerce Graduate LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS ·AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors’ Module) ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS ·Sales call center or financial industry experience ·Emphasis on quality work and accountability ·Any Financial Advisory linked Qualification – CFP SKILLS AND ABILITIES ·Good communication skills ·Presentation skills ·Perseverance & Patience ·Flexibility & Adaptability ·Some candidates should have leadership qualities ·Empathy for distributors ·A clear affinity for sales PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to spend most of their time on the phone Conduct visual presentations.
