Good Afternoon, Heres a look at a few of the cases deputies have handled over the last 24 hours. Irene Vigil, 36, was arrested on 7 different warrants, she was taken to the Jackson County Jail. Bail is set at $139,000. Some of those warrants included, felon in possession of a firearm, identity theft, possession of a controlled substance, and more. Cleve Mosley, 61, was arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail after violating his Restraining Order. Here’s a look at some of the statistics from the Jackson County Jail this week. In the past week there were 207 people arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail. Of those people, 66 had felony charges, 113 had misdemeanor charges, and 28 were arrested for municipal charges. There were also 48 people released after their risk assessment, 25 were released after the jail hit its capacity, there were 106 people released because either their case wasn’t filed at the DA’s office, they were federal inmates who were transferred, or they served their time. There were also 42 people taken to the work release center in Talent and 16 who moved to a different facility. Thank you to the Southern Oregon Kennel Club!
