Good Afternoon Oshkosh! We are asking able-bodied neighbors to check on their older and disabled neighbors to make sure that all is well in this cold weather. In the past few years, Oshkosh has experienced older or disabled neighbors that passed away due to their homes being without heat. If you know of someone who is older or disabled, be a good neighbor and check on them by giving them a phone call or stop by their home. You can make a difference.
