Good Afternoon San Pedro! It is Tasting Thursday and we have finalized our Chefs Tasting Thursday Menu. This week we are featuring menu items that we are considering for our permanent menu. Our regular menu will also be available. 1st Course - Conch Crudo marinated in a grapefruit and miso dressing with topped with sliced dragon fruit. 2nd Course - Sweet, Asian Steamed Buns filled with spicy, pork belly vindaloo. 3rd Course - Arugula and Crispy Kale Salad in a roasted red pepper and corn, warm bacon dressing and topped with grated hard boil egg. 4th course - Black Bean and Anise Rubbed, Grilled Pork Chop, sliced, over a smoked gouda polenta and drizzled with an apple brandy glaze. 5th Course - Burnt Orange, Caramel Ice Cream Profiteroles with a house made cinnamon (fireball) drizzle. Tonights Tasting Thursday Menu is $65.00BZ/32.50US with an optional wine flight paired with the 1st 4 courses for an additional $38.00BZ/$19.00US.
