Good Afternoon, The papers that should be in your child’s brown envelope are as follows: Papa John’s Pizza flyer, Blazer Athletics flyer, and Little Caesar’s Pizza Sale Early dismissals: If your child needs to leave early from school for an appointment or otherwise, please send a note with your child specifying the time you will need to pick them up. Following this procedure, we will have your child prepared to leave. Your cooperation is appreciated. Security System: We are asking you to speak to your child/ren to never under any circumstances open the door for anyone. We want everyone who wishes to enter the school to ring the buzzer and we will unlock the door. The safety of our children, faculty and staff is a priority here at QAS. Flyers/Information: We are more than happy to assist you in every way possible to get information for your organization for fundraisers, sport announcements, etc. in the brown envelope. However, in order to assure you that each classroom receives that information we have established a 9:00 a.m. deadline on Fridays. Anything after that time will appear the following week. Cross Country Practice: We are pleased to announce that Darin Salyer is the Cross Country coach for the 2013-14 season. Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Papa John’s Pizza: Please find the flyer for this give back taking place on Tuesday, September 24th. They will contribute 15% of your order to QAS JC’s Beach Club. ‘JC’s Beach Club stands for Jesus Christ’s Beach Club and is the nickname that the Queen of All Saints Youth ministry has adopted as their name after their summer of reflection and learning. They are all excited to attend the National Catholic Youth Conference in November where thousands of high school youth will come together to celebrate the awesome presence of God in their lives. They are taking part in a couple give back nights to help defer the cost of the trip. Join us in helping to raise the funds for our conference. Blazer Athletics flyer: Marquette Catholic High School invites you to visit any one of their athletic events as listed on the flyer. Little Caesar’s Pizza Sale: We are having our first sale of the year on Friday, Sept. 20th for a jeans day and a pizza sale. Please fill out the form and return with your money in an envelope by Wednesday, Sept. 18th by 8:15 a.m. No late orders will be accepted is strictly enforced. Delays or cancellations : Listen to WEFM 95.9 on the radio for delays or cancellations of school. We do not follow the public school’s cancellation or delays policies. Please listen for Queen of All Saints School to be named on the radio. If you do not hear our school announced, we are in session. Personal belongings: Please remember to label lunch boxes, sweaters, jackets etc. Tardies: It is important that the students arrive on time for school and ready for the day. Traffic Pattern: To ensure the safety of our students, please follow the traffic flow pattern for picking up and dropping off students. Please do not speed through the parking lot. Parents are not to enter off of Woodland Avenue to access the school. All entries should be off of Barker Avenue. Noah’s Ark: If your student has been attending the breakfast or after school session, the 2013-14 Registration Fee must be paid as soon as possible. The fee is $10.00 for the first child and $5.00 for subsequent children in the same family. All balances must be paid within 30 days of their occurrence.
