Good Afternoon everyone. We are now offering appointments for holistic treatments, these are available to people throughout Manchester, Bury and Cheshire. These include: Hopi Ear Candle - this is an excellent and non-invasive treatment suitable for problems and conditions related to the ear, nose and throat areas. Some of the conditions it may assist are: • Tinnitus, ear wax, glue ear • Sore throats, hay fever • Headache, migraine • Rhinitis, sinusitis • Catarrh, asthma • Regulating pressure in ears and head • Anxiety and stress • Stimulates lymphatic system This costs £20 and the treatment last approx. 40 minutes, as the treatment is followed by a sinus massage. Indian Head Massage - This is a form of massage therapy created in India thousands of years ago. It is a deep style massage that focuses on the head, shoulders and neck. An Indian Head Massage may prove beneficial by: •Relieving built up tension that can often result in headaches, migraines, neck and back pain.. •Detoxifying the body by stimulating lymphatic drainage •Improving circulation, which in turn increases energy levels. •Promoting clarity and increased concentration. •Relieves Mandibular Joint Tension. •Relieves symptoms of sinusitis. •Relieves sleeplessness, restlessness and insomnia. May improve mental health by: •Relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression •Providing relief from stress and promotes relaxation •Improving concentration levels •Renewing energy levels •Increasing feelings of peace, calm and well being. •Boosting memory capabilities A treatment lasts approximately 30 minutes and costs £15. We are currently also setting up a meditation workshop which will be followed by a weekly workgroup. The workshop will last for 1 day helping with breathing techniques, chakra balancing/clearing, discovering how to meditate. A workbook will be provided to enable you to continue with your development at home. This will cost approx. £15 per person per workshop. The weekly meditation classes. These will follow after the workshop and will assist with continued development. These will cost £4 per week.
