Because our External and Internal System is made by “Maa Adi Shakti” who is the Synonym of uninterrupted ‘Joy’ and “She” has put Millions of Deities into our Subtle System to maintain this trait into our being, who immediately alert us by making us unhappy to let us realize that we are going against the Truth, that’s why our basic nature is Joy-Oriented. So it is better to divert our attention to other aesthetic things rather than repeating our thoughts again and again over the same topic or we should avert our attention from such a person from whom we are getting suffocation and unhappiness to balance our self. But we may channelize Pure Love of ‘Maa’ to their Central Heart if we find our self uncomfortable to boost their energy Level. Vice versa, if we feel happiness and joy out of thinking about something or paying our attention over someone then we should not break that chain of thoughts because that is nourishing your being or we may maintain connectivity with their Central Heart and Sahastrara to enhance our own Energy Flow”------------‘Impulses’ ............................................Jai Shree Mata Ji
