Good Afternooon!!! I have been to the gym and did my 2 classes this morning... I got 3 coompliments on how i look LOL and I also got a nice referral to a primary care doctor.. he is on my plan and I have made an appointment and I see him July 8th at 1030 ... I hope this man is good and listens...and does not judge my Fibromyalgia... because I am far from the norm of Fibro patients...as you all know... I dont think there are many people out there that would even bother getting up from barely walking to getting ready to train to be come a combat instructor!... Its been along hard road.. one i dont envy anyone to try.. just keep moving and you will never be in the position i was in 5 years ago....So... with that said...I have to work in a bit from 330 to 930 wooohoo! (sarcasim LOL :D) But its been a great day!!! Hope you are all having a fabulous day!! Remember to keep smiling dancing and singing like no one is watching !! hugs and love!
