Have a nice day! 1) INCIDENT REPORT: One (1) incident committed covering the period from 120500H to 130500H March 2014. Report on Shooting Incident: At around 10:50 AM of March 12, 2014, Barangay Kagawad Florentino Paredes of Magsaysay, Tabuk City personally reported to Tabuk CPS that a shooting incident transpired along Balacang street, Magsaysay, Tabuk City, Kalinga. Personnel of Tabuk CPS were immediately dispatched to the scene and came upon one male person who was later identified as Allan Versoza y Diego, 35 years old, married and a resident of Laya East, Tabuk City, sprawled face up on the east side of the road. The victim was immediately rushed to Kalinga Provincial Hospital for medical treatment but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Investigation conducted showed that residents at Brgy Magsaysay, Tabuk heard a motorcycle passing by along Balacang street, when all of a sudden three burst of successive shots were fired by two unidentified male persons onboard said motorcycle. The motorcycle was described as colored red without plate number and was seen speeding, fleeing the crime scene. The crime scene was processed by personnel of Kalinga Provincial Crime Laboratory office (KPCLO) led by PSI GINA CLAIRE BENTICAN and recovered three fired cartridges of cal. 45 and three small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride placed in a plastic ascorbic acid vitamin container that was found in the utility box of the motorcycle of the said victim. The motive of the shooting is still being ascertained.
