Good Day Sir, I am bringing your notice of the very unfortunate incident happened in Jeddah in KSA. An ill fated Bangladeshi physician Dr. Saidur Rahman Milon, who is working in a Health Clinic next to Bangladeshi Consulate in the name of “Safa Al-Nazla”. Few days ago he (Dr. Milon) has survived from fatal Cardiac attack. He was being treated in a Hospital. Now, Dr. Milon’s health condition is in very critical state. Further surgical treatment is vital for his survival, but the cost for the said operation is beyond his capacity. Further to add that his salaries were also remain unpaid by his owner for couple of months. Dr. Milon’s present clinic has no facilities to carry out the heart operation. On the above context Dr. Milon asked the owner’s permission to leave this country and fly back to Bangladesh to do the much needed heart operation in Dhaka. As because here the operation cost is much less and within his capacity. More over here in Dhaka his relatives/friends can help/support him in case of any difficulty. Very unfortunately the ruthless clinic owner is not allowing or arranging any facility to leave Saudi Arabia. His health condition is in very alarming condition and his mental agony is unimaginable. I am hereby forwarding one of his letter to friend to realize the gravity of the situation. Quote, Milon Syeed Ur Rahman Dear Chryssa Velissariou I had a heart attack 9 days back, one main artery was found 100% blocked, doctors failed in stenting, they could open 20% with medicines and said to leave this country and try in some other country, last three days Im trying to leave this country, my employer is not giving permission to leave this country, this is such a country, without my employers permission i can not leave this country, I cannot change job, months after months they dont pay, still I cannot change employer, and many more ... now i am waiting for his permission to leave this country and try my treatment but he will not give permission, last one week i am requesting him, no use, treatment in a better hospital is possible here too, but my employer gave me so cheap an insurance, it just covers maintenance of his business permit, not enough for my cardiac treatment, our consulate even failed in helping me out, human right organizations are dummy here, Saudi people only honour American or European consulates, Shall i die here without treatment ?
