Good Evening Everyone, I just wanted to warn everyone about a HUGE scam that is happening. For those who do not know me, I own Tweaks by Geeks- a computer repair business.. We have had a number of people coming in stating that someone from Microsoft called them and stated that they had been monitoring their computer and that they have issues. They will then ask permission to log onto your computer to help you resolve a Microsoft issue. THIS IS A SCAM. MICROSOFT DOES NOT and NEVER will call you and ask to fix your computer. They will take control and if you do not give them money and even if you do they will lock your computer. Please tell everyone you know to hang up on these folks. IT IS A HUGE SCAM. They will infect your computer. We just got a call from these lying........people tonight and I wanted to share so that you would not be taken advantage of.
