Good Evening all, Im writing you this evening as I was informed of Mr. Saenzs decision to back away from our deal. Normally I would say the best of luck to you and move on but I would like to further elaborate on the situation so one might understand all angles. Mr. Saenz stated that we have missed certain deadlines, which is true, but as I have stated here all along our funding was cut off when the Global Lock was instituted. Jorge has over the last month made it clear that Kolbe was in need of funding now as things were coming together with their launch at the Cannabis Cup in Seattle so I went after funding pre lock in smaller amounts to initiate our deal. I also stated that there would be much more to come such as the sister company Ive acquired and all but offered as a public vehicle to Kolbe if things went well (this is NOT tdey but a new addition) along with further funding. I have funding set and have encountered delays in delivering and was not looking for a greatly extended amount of time. Luxuriant Holding will keep the offer open for Mr Saenz should he decide to change his mind this week if not we will take our plan for them to another company as there are many whom are looking for this type of situation. Either way I wish Mr. Saenz and Kolbe the best as I love their product and believe it will be a success. Luxuriant Holdings will be a great success as we have hard at work getting all the tools in place necessary to execute our plan over the pause we have encountered since the lock was put in place by the DTCC. We will shift gears if necessary and quickly move toward one of the many other companies that have approached us for partnerships. I plan to continue keeping you informed with at least weekly updates as to all of the exciting things that are happening. Luther
