Good Evening this is the Latest Weather Update From PAGASA and Weather Underground At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 220 km Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan or at 190 km Southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.5 °N, 123.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kph. Tropical Storm "NANDO" has maintained its strength and continues to move closer towards the Batanes Group of Islands.
