Good For Nothing is a community of thinkers, do-ers, makers and tinkerers who collaborate to solve problems. Sound like your kind of thing? At Siempre Bicycle Cafe on the 11th of September they will be holding an event for Hair Raisers, a charity founded by Karen Fitzpatrick when she was diagnosed with alopecia. Her aim is to provide wigs to those in need (and cannot afford the 18 month waiting time nor £2,500 cost.) On the night Karen will explain the charity and discuss how we can collaborate by: 1. Designing a logo and strapline for Hair Raisers 2. Creating a landing page (for those of you that are digitally savy) 3. Coming up with a marketing campaign to raise awareness to both hairdressers and the public to donate their hair for free. We will be serving some of our pots (Chicken and Chorizo perhaps..) and a great selection of craft beers, wine, soft drinks etc for a small fee.
