Good God! Can NO ONE solve this problem?!!! Until then, ban ALL vehicles in Manila, Makati and QC, except electric golf cars for personal use. And then put in a really good, clean, reliable mass transit system. This would reduce the use of gasoline; eliminate dirty, smelly taxies and their rude, untrustworthy drivers; make people walk a little more; and maybe stop the influx of migrants to the city. It will make us plan our days a little more, depend on kamikaze drivers a little less, and save us from pollution poison. I am so fed up!
