Good Monday Morning! I had a great wkend, & wanted to share it. I went w/ 5 other ladies in my church to volunteer at the Operation Christmas Child processing plant in Atlanta, GA. We worked Fri. Nite, Sat. Morn, & Sat nite. For years me & my 2 kids would do a shoe box one each boy & girl. Since that is what I have,1 each boy & girl. They would help pick out things for the boxes, & help wrap them. My daughter was one of the ladies that went, she is 15. I so much enjoyed working there. We got to see some of the behind the scene things that go on for this type of mission. While there, a young lady from Russia, told us of how the box she & her sister had received changed her life. That a free gift from a person she didnt know. She also, told of the story of Jesus, of how she at first thought it was a fairytale, but went ahead & prayed for salvation. She & her sister both were adopted together, live w/ Godly ppl. She now volunteers w/ OCC. She also is going to college, & wants to be a missionary. I have thanked God many times for allowing me & my daughter to go this wkend. I loved seeing his love in action!
